The letter board itself is nice, and the built-in light adds a great touch for displaying messages. However, the biggest drawback is the letter-cutting process. The included scissors are rough and not precise, making it frustrating to cut out the letters cleanly. It would be much better if the letters came pre-cut instead of having to trim each one manually. It took me way too long to set up my first message because of this. If you have the patience for it, the board looks great once everything is set up, but I wish it were more user-friendly.

This is the cutest! The included cutting tool is a plus! I had a girl party at my home and welcomed them with this little board. Got so many compliments on this.

Handy as can be used many times for any occasion. The size means it can be placed on most surfaces and the lights are a nice touch and includes almost everything you need to use straight away (need to buy AAA batteries). Arrived on time.

I bought this for displaying info at my vendor table for conventions, and I think it’ll be great. The lights really draw the eye. When I first put batteries in, the lights flickered a little and seemed glitchy—I had to wiggle the switch around a little but now they stay on steadily. Probably loose wiring or something (the battery pack feels pretty cheap). The letters sit snugly in their crevices on the board. The little scissors that come with this thing are terrible so just plan on using a regular pair of scissors to cut the letters off their frames (you can also just twist them off at the stem, but then I used scissors to trim the remaining stems off and neaten them up a bit).
