I have really appreciated the Suzuki method and these books have songs that are well designed to take them easily to the next step in their learning, progressively but not causing frustration because they're too difficult. My son has learned so much from this method of learning that while he has learned to play the flute, he can sit at the piano and find the notes and play the songs. He has a trained ear now. We love it!
