Nach einem Wirbelbruch hatte ich schmerzhafte Nächte. Zufällig habe ich dieses Kissen entdeckt. Gott sei Dank!🙏Es verhindert bei Seitenschläfern das Durchbiegen des Lendenwirbels. Die ersten zwei Nächte vielleicht ein bisschen ungewohnt. Aber dann merkt man die Wirksamkeit. Ich habe wirklich keine Schmerzen mehr. Habe es gehofft, aber nicht erwartet. Nun keine Nacht mehr ohne dieses absolute Highlight. Ich habe es in blau. Keine harten Kanten! Echt zu empfehlen.

This might just be the best thing I’ve ever bought on Amazon. I’ve only used it for two nights, and already my lower back pain is gone. I honestly can’t believe I waited so long to try something like this. As a side sleeper, I didn’t realize how much I needed proper lumbar support until now. The pillow is super comfortable and stays in place all night, even though I tend to move around a lot in my sleep. Total game changer!

Je l'ai essayé, ça soulage ma sciatique chronique, j'ai pu enfin mieux dormir, par contre au début j'ai eu du mal à comprendre le sens du coussin. Bon produit je recommande

I have been using this pillow for almost a month now. I can say it is very very good! I do have subluxation/military spine where it doesn't have the natural curve due to long hours working in front of computer. I used to wake up in the mornings with back pains. It cost me too much to visit physiotherapists and chiropractors providing temporary relief of a few months. With this pillow, I have been taking afternoon rest with it for like 2 hours and my back has been improving ever since. I get really nice dreams too. I use it when I sit on my reclining chair to watch movies or read a book. Its not too good for me to sleep more than 3 hours on this for night sleep as I feel uncomfortable or restless. I have tried removing the extra slack for night sleep. It seems alright. Maybe its not suitable for me to use for too long hours per usage. Nowadays when I do yoga and stretching in the mornings, I feel better. I would highly recommend this product for people who have lower back issues and especially back pains in the mornings. It takes some time to get used to and once it does, it really improves the quality of one's life. This pillow is really therapeutic ! Good healthy spine is important for healthy happy life!
