I was impressed with how quickly this device cleans the bottom of my pool. It's only meant to be used in a flat pool, as I do have a sloped portion of my pool where this robot can't climb up. Otherwise it does zig zag along as it hits walls to change directions, and I'm most impressed that it was able to pickup lots of very fine sand like particles that I normally would have to vacuum out with a hose. Unit is very heavy (needs to be to stay on the bottom of the pool) and charging is easy. Popping it open to clean the filter is also easy. Best not to tilt it as you pull it out of the water, as I did notice a lot of dirty water with debris did flow back into the pool.
