Application :

Lightweight and decent size handle. Replaced a plastic one with this stainless steel one. Advised that plastic and heat not a good combination especially if the plastic is old and scratched. Trying to lessen the amount of plastics that get into my body.

The strainer is the best strainer ii have ever had the strainers you buy in supermarkets the handel is not fixed on properly and is always coming a few years ago i scolded my had very badly it took three months to heal up the handle on my new strainer will never come of it is securely fixed it is a top of the range strainer well made to last a lifetime. 10/10A really good 5 star strainer the strainers you buy in supermarkets the handle always comes off it is not fixed on properly a few years ago i scolded my hand very badly boiling hot water went over my hand when i was using the strainer it took four months for my hand to heal up the handle on my new strainer will never come off it is securely fixed on the strainer. 10/10

I love this smaller size stainless steel all metal colander strainer. It is so easy to use and comes in handy when you need to strain a small amount of pasta and don't want to lug out the bigger strainer. Also, pasta doesn't strain well in a mesh strainer -- it gunks up the mesh and takes a lot more to clean. I have been looking for a good stainless steel small strainer for a long time. I was so happy to find this one. It is the perfect size for so many food items. This strainer is very well made with rubber on the metal handles for easier grip. This strainer is also a great price. Every kitchen needs this size of a metal strainer.

Bonne taille, suffisante pour 3/4 personnes. Construction solide, manque un peu d'évacuation, faut plus secouer que sur un truc bas de gamme, mais en terme de facilité de nettoyage et de durabilité, c'est du top. On en reparle dans 20 ans !

Je met cette passoire dans l'eau lors de la cuisson de mes pates et pour l'instant cela ne me pose aucun problème, c'est très pratique!

Positive: Just the right size for draining almost anything. Thin spaghetti doesn't slip through. Average weight...light but strong. Dishwasher safe in top rack. I would recommend.Negative: When you take it out of the dishwasher be sure to wipe the excess water that collects under the curved top rim. Also, wash it well when you get it. There is a charcoal like film that gets on your paper towel when you wash and wipe it for the first time. (You cannot see this film when just looking at the strainer). Maybe oil is used for drilling the holes? I don't know, just hand wash well with soapy water the first time then it will be just fine through many dishwasher washings.I just bought a second one of these!!! It's strong and it lasts. Wash in dishwasher on top rack. Had my first for about a year or so and it looks like new. PS- That charcoal like film that was under the rim is gone. All is perfect! Item looks just like photo in ad.
