Je n'ai pas acheté ce gadget sur Amazon mais sur un autre site, ceci étant ce produit est absolument inutilisable et releve d'un gadget cher et bon à jeter !

Le produit est arrivé dans un carton explosé avec toutes les pièces en vrac. La faute du transporteur... Heureusement le produit est solide (et très lourd).Le mode d'emploi est minimaliste et fourni en anglais (mais on trouve une version en français sur le site du fabricant, tout aussi hermétique)Je n'ai pas trouvé comment utiliser le verrou qui est sensé Controller l'angle de pliage. wiltec n'a pas su me répondreIl y a des incohérences entre la documentation et le produit lui même que j'ai signalées à WilTec (en ce qui concerne l'outillage pour les volutes). Voir les 2 photos attachéesJ'ai adressé mes questions à Wiltec, mais visiblement ils ne connaissent pas le produit, et ne m'ont pas donné de réponse satisfaisante.

The short version is that I can think of no reason why anyone would want to buy this item:Those that have the skill and tools needed to get it in working order are n better off fabricating their own bender according to any number of UTube videos. On the other hand, those that do not will be frustrated by poor instructions, poor design, and poor fabrication.Three stars because it does work (kind of, see H and I below) once you fix it up.I will keep it because I put so much work into it and the shipping costs are comparable to the refund.The long version with some details and recommended tools (underlined) follows:A) The instructions a call for inserting Scroll Piece A onto Hole 3 and Hole 2 in the Scroll Base Plate but Holes 3 and 2 in Scroll Piece A are 40 mm apart whereas the holes in the Scroll Base Plate are 47 mm apart. However, Hole 5 and Hole 2 in the Base Plate are 40 mm apart: So it seems that they got the holes wrong in the instructions.B) There are two possible orientations for Piece A; Left or Right handed; You guested it: the diagram in the instructions is opposite of what works. Similar problem with Piece B.C) Most of the threads need to chased with taps and dies otherwise they will jamb part way.D) The instructions show and describe Part 8 as facing for the moving arm: There is no place for Part 8 to attach to the moving arm. This is probably why Part 8 is missing from the kit.E) The hold down bolts for the Scroll Plate protrude into the work area in one case and keep the Scroll Piece B from mounting flush to the Scroll Plate in the other. So you have to file or grind off the excess height to make them fit.F) The roller on the forming arm is on the wrong edge so it does not come in contact with the workpiece at all forcing the opposite solid edge against so the workpiece. It works but the frictional forces make it less that easy.G) The Scroll Pieces A and B are held in place by M8 spring steel tubes that must be hammered out with a 7 mm centre punch each time a new scroll is formed. This necessitates the removal of the base plate which is made difficult because the position of Scroll Piece A overlaps and interferes with the removal of one of the hold-down bolts.H) The roller on the forming arm is not positioned properly, leaving a 6mm gap between the Scroll Base Plate and the roller. Thus, it is impossible to bend any round or square workpiece smaller than 6 mm in diameter. Similarly, there is a gap above the scroll piece of 6 mm.See Photo1I) Scroll Pieces A and B do not matchup when mounted on the Scroll Plate. This gap caused a kink in an otherwise smooth curve in the finished workpiece. Photo 2J) The paint has to be scrapped way from the inner mounting hole on the movable arm for the handle to insert all the way into the casting. This if very important because castings are brittle and can shatter if off centre lateral pressure is applied.It goes on like that, and this only for the Scroll Operation (The instructions, which are grammatically and physically amusing, refer it as Spiral Operation).The Angle Operation seems to work ok but using a pipe and bench vice would work just as well, be a lot cheaper, and not weigh 23 kg. Similarly, with the Round Operation: two steel posts mounded on a flat plate would work just as well and not be limited to the fixed radius of roller that comes with the kit.

de bonne conception et qui à l'air bien résistante, je n'ai pas trouvé comment fonctionne la cintreuse à volute aucune indication à ce sujet si ce n'est les plans en vu éclatés ce qui est bien ennuyeux . Je pense que WilTec devrait fournir une vidéo ou le mode d'emploi complet. Donc j'enlève 2 étoiles

Das Produkt wurde schnell und vollständig in unbeschädigter Verpackung geliefert. Vom Preis und den vom Verkäufer bereitgestellten Bildern her war für mich eigentlich schon klar, das mich kein ausgefeiltes Qualitätsprodukt erwartet. Und so ist es dann auch gekommen. Man bekommt eine Biegevorrichtung in sehr einfacher Qualität. Hier kurz die Pro und Kontra zu diesem Produkt:+ Umfangreiche Ausstattung+ Gute und robuste Verpackung+ Solide Ausführung der Einzelteile- Mangelhafte Ausführungsqualität, insbesondere bezüglich der Gewinde und Lager- Der Hebel zum Drehen des Biegebocks ist viel zu klein in Durchmesser und Länge undpasst nicht in die Aufnahmebuchse am Bock, kann dort auch nicht fixiert werden- Der Dorn für die Biegerolle passt nicht in die Aufnahme am Biegebock, also unbrauchbar- Die Führungsbahn am Biegebock ist völlig schief geschnitten, der darin laufende Werkzeughalterkann nicht wirklich korrekt geführt werden bzw. hat rechts zu gut wie keine Auflagefläche- Der Zapfen, um den sich der Biegebock dreht ist miserabel geschnitten und der Biegebock dreht sichselbst mit ordentlich Schmiermittel relativ schwer herum- Die Anleitung ist nur auf Englisch, mies ausgeführt und nicht besonders hilfreich, insbesondere für LaienIch kann dieses Produkt nicht empfehlen, da es sich so wie geliefert nicht ( vollständig ) nutzen lässt.Ich habe einige Stunden an Nacharbeit hineingesteckt, alle Gewinde nachgeschnitten, den Führungsdorn modifiziert ( Nachgeschnitten ) und dem Werkzeughalter eine neue Führung spendiert. Wer nicht über die entsprechenden Kenntnisse, Werkzeuge und Geduld verfügt wird nur mäßig viel Freude an diesem Produkt haben.
