Todo ha sido muy positivo hasta que me he dado cuenta que una de las copas es defectuosa, tiene una burbuja interior en el mismo cristal.Supongo que el depto. de calidad ve este tipo de defectos, sobretodo cuando el la web de proveedor presumen de una calidad excelente.

Ordered the Luigi Bormioli Magnifico but was sent Chef & Sommelier. As usual it's really easy with Amazon to return and get a refund.Having now received the correct product, I'm very pleased. Elegant and nice to drink from without being too pricey. They complement/match well the "Super" range of red wine and Prosecco glasses.The Chef & Sommelier were also very nice - a more weighty glass with nice flat rim, but they were stubbier and so much less elegant.

These are drop-dead gorgeous. Despite the trend towards enormous goblets, IMO the large (20 oz) are just too big and look top heavy on the stem. The medium size is perfectly proportioned and so elegant. I love how the goblet bottom descends into the stem and is not straight across. They're glass, not crystal; they're supposed to be some kind of super strong glass, which is good, given the thin, delicate stems.One of the glasses in the set has a wavy, uneven thickness section in it, so I am returning for an exchange, which is a straightforward and efficient process. Defects can occur in any product. What's important to me is that the supplier takes responsibility and makes it right, These were bought through Amazon fulfillment and they are being replaced at no cost, including shipping through amazon's return policy.
