Not beginner friendly. Pattern seem to be in quite inconsistent. Body should have started at the neck not the legs, making it very awkward to add legs. Safety eyes had no back for them either which makes them a choking hazard as they don't stay in on there own. The chain at the beginning of each row is not necessary either when working in the round. I bought this for my niece who is a beginner, I'm an intermediate crocheter and I make animals of a very regular basis. The wool wasn't the best either, my niece had it split no end on her when she was trying to crochet.

Habe es 2x als Geschenk bestellt. Eins kam auch neuwertig an, das zweite wurde offensichtlich schon mal geöffnet und wieder verpackt, aber ein Stück der Verpackung wurde abgerissen (siehe Bilder). Ist so leider nicht mehr als Geschenk geeignet.

This DIY beginner Crochet Kit contains everything needed to complete this project including the crochet needle, stitch markers, the eyes, yarn and fiber fill. It doesn’t include scissors or a needle that some of the other kits do. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. I liked the colors of yarn in this kit and why I ordered it. For anyone who likes to crochet, this is a fun project. Once completed it becomes a collectable for me. I think these are a great gift for anyone who likes to crochet or is learning to crochet toys. .

This is a project for a couple nights, probably.* All yarns are 4 or 5 ply, not chenille. Makes it much easier to see the switches and stay on pattern.* The instructions are full color on a trifold, large pamphlet/brochure-style printout. There are illustrations, so you can figure out exactly what you’re doing.* Simple design with repeating stitch patterns that make it easy to learn about how the pattern is constructed.* Comes with everything you need. No additional tools required. I have purchased kits where the plushies require a glue gun to set the eyes, but not this one.Only recommendations for improvement:* The bits that hold the eyes on need to be inserted before you finish the body, as the eye sockets (for lack of a better way of saying it) go inside the body and the eyes are on the outside.* The hanks got a bit tangled.* Vacuum seal the fluff so it takes up less space and put the whole thing in a smaller box. More environmentally conscious.

This seems like a nice little crochet kit. I ordered this for my partner who's been wanting to give it a try so I unfortunately can't offer 'expert' comparisons to other kits but for someone just getting started it's nice. It comes with everything you need to make the design including the key chain so you can use it afterwards. It's a lot less daunting for a beginner than some of the larger kits.
