While I really like these headphones and they seem quite durable, they're not perfect. I purchased these for my autistic son who wears headphones quite often throughout the day. I wanted something that limited the volume because he was constantly turning the volume up to Max and these handle that nicely. I also wanted a pair that had a metal headband and not plastic as all the ones I previously purchased had plastic headbands and broke shortly after purchase. For a pair of $100 headphones I expected more. While the headphone still work, the band broke and therefore they are unusable now after just a few months. Puro is replacing them but I don't have high expectations for the replacement pair. They come with a 1-year warranty, but I haven't checked to see whether they will only cover your original purchase once or not. If the replacement pair breaks within the next few months, I will update.Update: I just realized that these have a plastic headband that connects into the metal parts the headphones slide up and down on. It's very difficult to discern because they're padded so well. You really have to feel to tell there's a difference between a metal band or a plastic one but by flexing it I could actually tell it's plastic and not metal so I dropped it to two stars. If your child is autistic like mine, maybe choose another pair that are more durable.

These headphones fit my daughter nicely and had great sound…for exactly one year. This morning she went to put them on and the band snapped in two. She’s, 19, so it’s not like she’s rough with them or anything. If they were $30 headphones I’d be fine replacing these every year, but for $100 I expected them to last longer.

The headphones are excellent. We had trouble charging them at first, so I wrote to customer support. They responded immediately and were immensely helpful. They sent a new charging cord, which worked perfectly. I have never received such swift and excellent help from customer service before--it was amazing and very personal.

I was able to buy this because the awesome customer service of this company allowed me to return the PuroQuiets model. Here's what I wrote in my review of that product:"I've never had a company be as responsive as customer-service oriented as this one. Bought this for my 3-year-old. It had the ANC feedback issue a few have described. I contacted the company directly to request help. Very quick and personal response (I think next business day when I emailed over the weekend) where they immediately offered to send out another unit, with a return shipping label for the first unit. The second one unfortunately also had the feedback issue. We ended up trying it for our trip anyway. The over-the-ear model was a little uncomfortable for my daughter, and the round headband is a little slippery, so I wanted to return it when I saw the new BT2200s Plus model. But Amazon wouldn't let me because I was past the 30-day return window! Even though it was my fault for taking too long, the company arranged for me to return both units directly to them (using their paid shipping label), and they got Amazon to refund me! I was then able to buy the BT2200s Plus, which is much more comfortable for my daughter. My main critique for both is that the round headband shape seems a little slippery. Otherwise great battery life, the Bluetooth connects easily, and it functions well overall."I don't miss the ANC from this unit for my daughter. The ear pads could still be a smidge larger in diameter to wrap around ears, and I wish it had a flat headband, but overall very happy with this product.
